I am currently a doctoral student at the Medvedev Lab, Deparatment of Computer Science, University of Central Florida. I’m majoring in Computer Science where my research is trying to find mathematical correlations within protein domains to classify them using algorithmic models which can identify distant homologies and classify viral proteins. Previously worked at Exact Sciences (now Abbott) as a Clinical Lab Scientist I.
